NOTE:  We don't want anyone to miss out on BOLD for financial reasons. Several scholarships are available. Please reach out to Kelly Musgrave to determine if this might be an option for you. 

7 BOLD Half Scholarships Available

These BOLD scholarships will need to be repaid in 2 closings at $200 per closing. You must write a hardship letter. These are for single agents only, not team members. They need to be repaid. Agent will sign a document acknowledging that the scholarship is to be paid back.  If you are interested in a BOLD scholarship, please contact Michelle directly.

1st time BOLD attendees can get their BOLD tuition reimbursed. They can be reimbursed up to $100 for 8 deals as long as they are not capped. The repay period ends June 1, 2023. You must complete BOLD to get this and put on your closings. The BOLD closing MUST be noted when agent turns in a BOLD closing check to Glenda/Marie in order to be reimbursed.

 This reimbursement is available to single agents and team members.
